This building is just steps from the ocean! Right outside is the white sand beach of Prince Kuhio Bay, and the rocky, million-dollar coastline of Poipu. As you enjoy the sunrise and sunset, you can often see dolphins and sea turtles swimming by, and--in season--whales breaching and frolicking in the distance. This marine life is in addition to the surfers and body boarders who provide regular entertainment at PK's, Centers, and Acid Drop - three of the prime surf spots on the island. Entertainment is within minutes of these centrally located condos. Two golf courses are less than five minutes away - Kiahuna Country Club, and the championship Poipu Bay Resort course - site of the 1994 and 1996 Million Dollar Grand Slam of Golf, and the 1998 through 2006 PGA Grand Slam. There is excellent snorkeling and scuba diving right outside your door. For open ocean dives, sport fishing, sailing, and ocean tours, sign-up at nearby Kukuiula Harbor. Tennis lessons, matches, or round robin can be arranged at the Poipu Kai Resort or the Hyatt Hotel Tennis Club - all within a short five-minute drive. A variety of restaurants and shops are just a few minutes away in Poipu Shopping Village and Old Koloa Town (circa. 1830).
