Yes, you can hear
the surf all day and all night; the Kuhio Shores building is just steps from the ocean!
Use the following information to make your reservation.
Reservation/Rental Process
- Notify us of dates you plan to visit Kaua'i.
- If the dates are available, telephone or email us as soon as possible
so we know that you have made a decision, and *do* want to reserve
a condo. Specify Rising Sun (one bedroom) suite or Moon Glow
(one bedroom, two bathrooms) suite.
- Forward a security deposit check in the amount of $250
payable to Gordon Ball.
**Important: Please forward deposit to arrive on Kaua'i within ONE week.**
- The deposit --which is refundable after your stay, less a cleaning
fee of $100 --will secure the reservation for
you. We will mail you a receipt, plus a contract to be signed and returned.
- Your rent for the condo is due 60 days before your arrival (rental rate,
plus 11.42% Hawaii tax). This amount, and the due date, are spelled
out in the contract that we mail to you.
- Within a week of your scheduled stay, we will forward pertinent information
to grant you access to the condo -- before you leave your home.
- Two weeks after your departure, we will mail you your refund -- less the
cleaning fee and charges for any damages/unreturned keys, if applicable.
